Hall Information

Crawford Village Hall is available for bookings for community events and private parties, making it an ideal venue for a wide range of activities. The hall comes equipped with a recessed stage, sound system, and lights, perfect for hosting performances, presentations, or local gatherings. Additionally, there is a projector and a large screen, allowing for multimedia presentations and movie nights, enhancing the experience for all attendees. The fully equipped kitchen provides the convenience of catering to various needs, whether it’s for a coffee morning or a casual buffet. Comfortable tables and chairs are available to accommodate your guests, ensuring everyone has space to relax and enjoy. The facility includes separate male and female toilets for guest convenience and accessibility. Deposit Information:

For private parties a deposit will be required. This will be returned to you following an inspection of the hall after your booking provided there is no damage as laid out in the terms and conditions.

Regular/Irregular Bookings

If you want to make a several bookings for the same time and day each week you can do this using the regular booking option, just tell us how many weeks you want to book.

If you want to make several bookings but for different days, but at the same timeblock use the irregular options and just enter the dates you wish to book.

Pricing

If you are charging entry for your community event, for example selling tickets or charging at the door please select the Ticketed Community Event option. If you are hosting a private party for example a birthday party please select the private event option.

All Community Event details will be published publically on the calendar above and all private events will be shown as busy.

Ticketed Community Events	£15 per hour
Private Events	£15 per hour
